How can Kinesiology help me?
People may come to kinesiology when they're experiencing:
- Stress, overwhelm and burnout
- Sadness, grief, emotional shut down
- Relationship attachment issues eg. avoidant, anxious attachment
- Fear of abandonment within romantic relationship
- Struggling with forgiveness
- Feelings of spiritual disconnect
- Desiring to feel more confident in their sexuality and sensuality
- Anxiety, fear or emotional heaviness
- Feeling stuck, frozen, looping cycles of procrastination
- Low self worth or lack of confidence
- Difficulty setting boundaries
- Feeling ungrounded, dysregulated, not in their body
- Repeating relationship patterns or cycles
- Feeling disconnected from their body
- Lacking joy and pleasure in life
- Sexual or intimacy related blocks
- Anger, resentment, suppressed emotions
- Womb and feminine energy concerns
and so much more.
Kinesiology works to regulate the mind and body, release old emotions and shift the subconscious beliefs and patterns that influence how we move in the world. This creates a positive ripple effect throughout all aspects of our lives.

Arrive
We begin with a quiet conversation. What's been alive for you and what you'd like to work on.
Listen
Lying on the table, fully clothed, we use gentle muscle monitoring to follow your body's lead. All you have to do is relax.
Integrate
Time to rest and absorb. We close with some grounding and flower essences.
Common questions.
Do I need to know what I want to work on?+
No you do not. Some clients come in with clear goals and intentions for the session, others come in just to feel better. Each session is guided by the wisdom of your body, which means you do not need to know and your body will lead us to the perfect Kinesiology balance either way.
Is the session physical?+
Sessions are gentle. You stay fully clothed and usually lie on a treatment table. The work is hands-on but soft — nothing forceful.
How many sessions will I need?+
For deeper or more longstanding patterns, I recommend 4-6 sessions working with the same goal. For those who prefer Kinesiology as ongoing support for overall wellbeing and stress management, we may only need to work with a particular issue for 1-2 sessions before moving onto something else. I recommend allowing at least 1 week between sessions for integration time.
Do I need to talk about my issues in depth throughout our session?+
No. You never have to share anything you don't feel ready or comfortable sharing. At the beginning of your session, we'll talk about what you'd like support with and what symptoms you're experiencing. From there, the Kinesiology balance allows us to explore what your body is ready to work with, without needing to retell or relive every detail of your experience. You can share as much or as little as feels right for you and still receive the benefits of the session.
What do I need to bring and wear to my session?+
Just yourself. Comfortable clothing is best and I recommend bringing socks if your feet get cold.
How is kinesiology different from counselling or other healing modalities?+
Kinesiology is a body-led modality which works to create balance in each layer of the aura, benefitting your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. Rather than relying primarily on conversation or analysis, we use gentle muscle monitoring to access what your body and subconscious are ready to shift. It complements counselling and other healing work beautifully, offering a different pathway to the same goal.
